casino counted my blackjack wagering at 10% even tho promo page said live games count

Was chasing a bonus this week and made sure to double-check the promo page before playing, since getting burned before by those sneaky terms. They listed live casino games as eligible, no fine print about blackjack having reduced weight. Ran a bunch of hands at the live tables, expecting 100% toward the wager, only to find out after I was only credited for 10%. Customer support gave me the usual copy-paste about "contribution rates" and said it’s standard, but nowhere in the promo or the FAQ did it warn me.

Honestly I try to keep expectations measured, but if they’re gonna pull this stuff, it makes trusting the promo info feel like trying to play roulette with two zeros and a missing ball. Would be different if I missed some rule buried in the promo text, but I checked twice. Anyone else get their action counted wrong like this? Curious what you all have seen - feels like it’s getting more common and I’m just trying to tape my sleeves down before jumping in again.

Yeah, "copy-paste" support tells you everything. Same energy as roulette with two zeros, house wasn't even hiding it!!!

If the promo page really didn't mention a reduced contribution rate, I'd ask support to point to the exact section of the terms. They should be able to show where that 10% figure comes from.

Exactly. I’d ask support to show the specific terms or clause where the 10% contribution rate is stated.

Live dealer, yesss. Blackjack, 10%...

Yeah, I got clipped like that once and it cured me real good. If a promo says live counts but skips blackjack math, I treat it like roulette copy: already crooked.

nah, i don't buy the “getting more common” part lol. online casinos have pulled split contribution forever. i’ve seen support do the same copy-paste dance for years.
