live dealer promo counted roulette but not baccarat even tho both were listed

so i went after this live dealer promo cause roulette and baccarat were both listed in the rules. played a chunk of roulette and the playthrough went up right away, no issues. switched over to baccarat just for a change of pace and suddenly nothing was counting. double-checked the terms yeah i know, rare for me lol and it clearly said both games qualify. chatted support and got one of those cut-and-paste answers that didn't actually address my question.

i get promos can be dodgy sometimes, but why list baccarat if they're not gonna honor it? feels like they're baiting people who actually read the rules for once. anybody else hit this wall lately? curious if it’s just this one site or if this is getting more common everywhere.
