blackjack promo tracker stopped counting after i changed from classic to live dealer

so i was grinding out a blackjack promo on a site, just playing classic blackjack for a while, then switched over to live dealer because i wanted to change things up. after like ten hands i noticed the promo tracker stopped moving. nothing in the terms about specific tables being excluded as far as i can tell, but maybe i missed something. feels pretty scammy if live hands don’t count. just wanted to see if anyone’s run into this or knows if support usually fixes it. probably should’ve stayed on classic but live is way less boring.
