blackjack promo tracker stuck after i switched from classic to live table

Anybody ever have this happen? I was playing a blackjack promo on classic tables and figured, hey, let’s try live dealer for a bit. Right after I switched, my promo tracker just totally froze up, like the progress bar is stuck in cement. I tried logging out and back in, clearing cache, etc., but it’s still acting like I never left the classic table.

Honestly, I’m hoping it’ll catch up or whatever when the system updates, but I’m not sure if these promos are supposed to track across different table types or if I just wrecked my own progress. Anyone else switch from classic to live during a promo and have the tracker lose its mind? Did it ever sort itself out or should I start bracing for support ticket hell?

Maybe it does catch up later, sure, but I wouldn’t bet my lunch on it lol. I’ve had the same dumb crap with Roulette promos, classic counts, then live acts like it’s some different planet because the limits/category tags are goofy as hell... Support ticket time, lmao

"live? No" is a bit neat for it. Half the mess is stream delay and live bet placement glitches, especially on multi-hand blackjack.

That sounds like it could be a tracker issue rather than your progress actually disappearing. I'd screenshot the bar now, then ask support whether the live hands are being recorded on the backend. Gamdom has had promo-tracking questions like this come up too.

Could just be a tracking issue. I'd grab a screenshot and check with support to confirm your progress is being recorded.
