Caesars promo tracker frozen

Has anybody else had their promo tracker just straight up freeze on them this week? I did a blackjack run and cleared what should’ve counted, but it hasn’t moved for a couple days now. I double-checked my play history and it all adds up, nothing fishy or weird, just seems stuck. Tried logging out and back in, but nope, still frozen.

I know these promos can lag sometimes, but I don’t remember it hanging this long. Got me second guessing if I’m missing some fine print, or if this is just the usual jank. Anyone seen this before? Should I just wait it out or is it better to ping support right away? Would rather not waste more time if there’s a trick to it. What’s your play when these promo things stall out?
