caesars reward credits didnt post after promo ended

so i went for one of those reward credit promos, played a ton of live dealer like always, and got the “congrats you qualified” screen, but now it’s been three days after the promo and nada. my reward credits are showing the same sad number they were before, like they just watched the ball bounce off the roulette zero. i double checked terms, and i’m not seeing any “reward credits may take up to a geologic age” fine print, but maybe i’m missing the trick. anyone else ever have promo credits just not show up, or is this another “contact support and prepare for a ticket journey” moment?

kinda annoying since i even switched off my usual poker haunt to grind this, so now i just feel double-stung and need an excuse to keep the good hoodie on. do these things ever randomly appear after a week, or is it best to just forget and move on? what’s everyone’s real experience with these promo rewards landing on time?

Did the promo terms say live dealer counted for reward credits, or just casino theo? That little switch gets people real real often!!!

yep, live dealer promo stuff is usually separate from blackjack rewards. that “qualified” screen means basically nothing lolll

Three days would have me checking the promo terms again too. I'd probably contact support, especially since you got the "you qualified" message. That's at least some evidence that the system recognized the requirement.

Same here, but three days isn't magic. Caesars made me chase support on a Roulette promo before, yesss annoying.

lolll yep, had this exact dumb promo thing on live dealer. i got the qualified screen, thought i was sooo in, and the credits just sat there dead for like 5 days. my mistake was not screenshotting every step. now i wait first, then poke support with receipts, that delay is weirdly the winning move sometimes
