caesars reward credits didnt post after promo ended

so i went for one of those reward credit promos, played a ton of live dealer like always, and got the “congrats you qualified” screen, but now it’s been three days after the promo and nada. my reward credits are showing the same sad number they were before, like they just watched the ball bounce off the roulette zero. i double checked terms, and i’m not seeing any “reward credits may take up to a geologic age” fine print, but maybe i’m missing the trick. anyone else ever have promo credits just not show up, or is this another “contact support and prepare for a ticket journey” moment?

kinda annoying since i even switched off my usual poker haunt to grind this, so now i just feel double-stung and need an excuse to keep the good hoodie on. do these things ever randomly appear after a week, or is it best to just forget and move on? what’s everyone’s real experience with these promo rewards landing on time?
