caesars reward boost tracked casino play but not sportsbook bets.

so i got a rewards boost offer, which said casino and sportsbook bets would both count for tier credits. i did a mix, some slots and some nba bets same session. later checked my reward tracker and only the slots play registered. the sportsbook bets didn’t even show up at all in my play history. i definitely made sure to use my card every time.

does anyone know if sportsbook bets just lag behind or do they usually not track for these promos? i can’t see anything in the fine print, but honestly i stopped reading after the second bullet point since those t&cs get weirdly vague. if they just don’t count sportsbook bets i’ll probably stick to poker and give up chasing these promos for now. maybe i’m missing something obvious, but does anyone else see this too or am i the only one with missing tier credits?
