casino promo tracker counted real money spins but ignored bonus balance spins

I noticed something weird on the promo tracker for a reload bonus I was working through. My real money spins were being tracked for the wagering, but once my balance switched to bonus cash, none of those bets counted at all toward the requirement. I was expecting it to at least keep adding up since the terms never mentioned only real money would count. Checked the fine print a couple of times and didn't spot anything about this kind of split, so I'm kind of frustrated at losing out on some progress.

Has anyone had this issue? I'm wondering if it's just a technical thing with their tracker or if there's some unwritten rule about bonus balance spins. Usually I'm disciplined about screenshotting my balances, but of course I didn't think to this time since I assumed it would keep tracking. Now I'm sitting here second-guessing my approach. I'm thinking next time I'll run a spreadsheet to double check everything myself. Would be interested to know if this is normal or if I just ran into a bug.

I’ve seen promo meters behave differently from the actual game history. Sometimes the bets are recorded but the promo counter doesn't update correctly.

Game history over promo meter, always. Had blackjack wagers log fine while the bonus page just sat there lol

Yeah, i've had that exact garbage happen, and imo it usually is the bonus wallet getting treated like monopoly money unless the terms spell it out in blood. Same reason i trust poker rakeback tracking more than casino promo trackers tbh, those slot counters go "missing" REAL fast.

I’d be annoyed too, but I’m not buying the “you should’ve tracked it yourself” bit people always throw out, if their promo page can count one wallet and then go blind the second funds flip over, that’s just BAD plumbing. Did your balance switch in the middle of one slot session, same way some sports betting boosts only update after settlement?

Can anyone tell me what I can do big pirate got me for two coin packages valued at 29.99 then I won 250 when I went to do kyc I was blocked I tried to upload every file they wanted and would not upload . So then there staff said send via email I did it although reluctant to do so then they blocked account stating I asked it to be closed . I’ve been going back and forth trying to get my money with out relief. I filed complaint after complaint with the bbb , gaming commission, attry gen and stuff they have not kicked out my bread they did the same to my wife for 50 with exception her account was not restricted they said her mom was sent via email a lie

Seen it plenty on slots, and no, it’s not some unwritten rule. Usually it’s just buggy bonus tracking, especially when balance types switch.
