bonus tracker frozen

My bonus tracker hasn’t updated since last night and I’m not sure what to make of it. Tried refreshing and logging out but it’s still stuck on the same amount and wagering progress. I don’t want to start running more spins or blackjack hands just in case it’s not tracking any of my play right now. I’m halfway through a pretty big wagering requirement so if the progress isn’t counting, I’m wasting my bets.

Usually I’m pretty patient with this stuff since these glitches get fixed, but not knowing if I’m losing progress kind of kills any strategy. Feels like if I keep playing, I’m risking busting through my balance and not even moving the needle for the bonus. Has anyone had something similar happen before and did it track everything retroactively when it fixed, or do you need to contact support for your missing play?
