mgm roulette paid my dozen bet but bonus tracker ignored the spin.

won my 1st dozen, payout was instant, but the bonus tracker just ignored the spin like it didn’t count. not the first time this sort of thing happened. played a couple more rounds just to check and yeah, spins are credited only sometimes. stats nerd in me is annoyed, since i keep misc notes on spins for my own tracking.

is this just normal on crypto sites or am i missing something simple with the bet types? i’ve always heard to avoid tilting but this kind of weirdness is way more frustrating than losing. anyone else run into bonus trackers just skipping legitimate spins?
