betmgm slot replay shows bonus trigger but transaction says base spin.

so this is kind of weird and it's been bothering me. i did a regular spin on one of the newer slots, and the replay clearly shows the bonus symbols hit, then goes into the bonus round and plays it out. everything looks normal in the video. but if i look at the transaction log, it only lists the initial bet as a base spin, no mention of a bonus payout or any bonus trigger event after. the credit change looks like it came from a plain spin win.

i double checked the play history a couple times and nothing adds up. support just says the game functioned as normal and credits match up. i just don't get how it can show a whole bonus round but log it like nothing happened. i'm used to logging every hand i play at blackjack but i've never seen a discrepancy this odd on slots. anybody else noticed this or am i just getting weird variance in the logs?
