betmgm slot paid line win but didnt add the bonus trigger amount

noticed something off while spinning last night. hit a decent line win on this egyptian themed slot and at the same time, the bonus scatter triggered. line win paid out, but the bonus trigger win that should stack on top didn't get added to the total. i double-checked my balance and there was no sign it ever got credited, just straight into the bonus spins with only the regular line win showing.

wasn't even a big stake, but it's the principle. i always assume the payout display is off somewhere, but this is the first time i've seen the bonus part not add up. anyone else run into this? do these slots glitch on split events like this often or am i missing something standard here?

Yeah i think you're probably not crazy, but i’d push back on the "glitch" part first. I’ve had egypt slots where 3 scatter just bought the feature and never showed a separate small win at that bet size, the paytable spelled it out in tiny print, real convenient for them!!!

yeah ive seen that kind of thing and my blunt take is its usually the slot math screen being garbage not some magic hidden pay. a lot of these egyptian games roll the scatter trigger into the feature entry and dont break it out clean on the total win meter. had one do this on a min bet hit, looked short, support sent the round log and sure enough the trigger value was buried in the transition. same reason i trust my own notes more than the flashy countup. sportsbooks grade cleaner than slots tbh

nah forensic accountant is a lil dramatic lol half the time its just dogshit win animations hiding that 3 scatters only opened the feature and paid zero extra by design. actual glitch feels more like bet365 roulette auto spin bugging the stake display, not a slot meter doing what the paytable said lmao

I'd check the game's paytable first. Some slots award a scatter payout when the bonus triggers, while others only give the free spins and no separate scatter prize. It's easy to assume they all work the same.

Those scatter pays get buried in the paytable constantly. Bonus "wins" are stingy as hell.

Nah, "stingy" gives them too much credit. A lot of slots just flag 3 scatters as feature-only at that bet, ZERO extra unless the paytable says so.
