betmgm monopoly live multiplier landed but payout lower than screen showed

Hit a multiplier round on Monopoly Live earlier, the multiplier flashed a way bigger number than what I ended up getting paid out for. Noticed the win animation showed my bet getting boosted, but then the balance didn’t match the hype. Already double-checked if I had the right chips on the bet - seems I did everything by the book.

I know glitches can happen, but this felt off. I've had promo payouts go wonky on other games but this one's supposed to be straightforward. Anyone else ever get less than the multiplier showed? Always feels like hitting a green light and then running into a pothole right after. Looking for thoughts, maybe I missed a step.
