caesars free spins expired same day even tho email said 48 hours

Just got an email promo saying I had 48 hours to use these free spins, so of course I wait till after work - fire up the site like 9 hours later and poof, they're gone already. Not even a "pending" or "expired soon" tag. Just gone like I never got them. I even checked spam and promo folders to make sure I didn't miss a time zone clause or anything. Nope, clearly says 48 hours from email received.

This isn't the first time I've seen a time window not match up between email and actual offer. It's making it harder to take these promos seriously. I usually do reviews for slots and casinos and stuff, and one thing that seriously bugs me is inconsistent promo execution. Nothing makes me hit uninstall faster than offers that don’t work as advertised.

Anyone else had this happen or find a workaround for offers expiring early? Is there some hidden timer I’m missing, or do they just hope most people don’t notice?

Maybe, but i’ve had crypto casinos honor timers better than this email nonsense.

Live Dealer promos do this too, email says one thing the lobby says another. I screenshot the inbox and the offer page now, every time!!!
