free spins expiry weird?

so i got these free spins from a promo, they said they’d expire after 3 days, which is pretty standard i guess. but when i log in the next night, they’re just gone. no warning, nothing in messages. i double checked the fine print after and it legit says 72 hours, but this was like 28 hours in, not even close. tried refreshing, logging out, all that, still nothing.

not the first time i’ve seen this happen on different sites either, just usually it’s a few hours off, not a whole day and a half. i get variance, i get some things glitch but promo terms should be exact, right? feels like some weird backend timer or just them hoping nobody notices. anyone else had this? thinking about pushing support but it always turns into the “clear your cookies” runaround. if it keeps happening, i’ll probably stick to regular spins and drop promos entirely.
