free spins dropped wrong slot

Logged in to check my promo spins and they showed up on a totally different slot than the one the T&Cs had listed, not even the same provider. No notification about it either. I know promo glitches happen, but this feels like either a weird technical hiccup or they just swapped it last second with no heads up.
