Free spins wrong value?

Got a weird one, and not sure if it’s just me being unlucky or if there’s something funky going on. I got a batch of free spins from a recent promotion. It said the spins were supposed to be worth $0.50 each, but when I checked the stake size in the slot, they all went off at $0.10. Tried a few more and it stayed the same. Even cashed out a little and the win amounts seem based on the lower value.

Is this some kind of glitch, or are these promos sometimes sneaky like that? The T&Cs were vague at best, and honestly, I’ve had enough cold tea for the day to not want to argue with live chat if I don’t have to. Has anyone seen something like this with their free spins lately or am I just the beta tester for busted bonuses?

Seen it, yes. I assumed glitch once. Turned out promo spins were hard-capped low. Poker bonuses pull this too 😕

Yeah, hidden limits on promo rewards can be frustrating. It’s always worth checking the terms before getting too excited.

Yeah that's not "unlucky," lol that's busted promo config. Seen Slots free spins drop to the wrong stake plenty, ESPECIALLY with vague T&Cs.

Did the promo banner say 50c, or the actual game info tab? Thats where they hide it.

yep, seen this exact nonsense before lol. not always a glitch, sometimes its promo spins tied to a fixed bonus stake and the lobby blurb is just sloppy as hell!!! i messed this up once by not screenshotting the offer first, now i check the game info like a detective before a single spin, learned that the annoying way
