free spins opened wrong game

Had one of those annoying moments earlier - finally got some free spins from a promo, went to use them, and clicked into the wrong slot because the thumbnails looked too similar. The spins auto-triggered on some game I never play, with awful volatility and like zero fun bonus features. Of course, didn’t hit anything big, just burned through them. Was half expecting support to help out, but they just said once you start the spins they can’t reverse it, which I sort of get, but still a letdown.

I guess I should start double checking before clicking anything, but it’s easy to misclick when you’re jumping from sportsbook to casino late at night. Curious if anyone else ever had their free spins trigger on a game they didn’t pick, and if support actually did anything for you. I’m not holding my breath, but wondering how often it happens.
