so i got some free spins recently from an email promo, but when i went to use them the slot opened wasn’t the one in the promo details. i figured maybe it rotated or something, so i spun them. realized after the fact that the wins were way lower than what they should have been based on volatility and limits from the promo. support comes back and says i “selected the wrong game” and acted like it’s my fault, even though there wasn’t an obvious prompt or choice - it just loaded the first game.
