Free spins wrong game?

Claimed a set of free spins from a promo this morning, but when I opened the spins, they were valid on a totally different slot than what was advertised. The promo details said it would be for one of their newer releases, which I’ve been wanting to try anyway, but when I loaded up my account, the spins got added to one of their older games. Not a terrible game, just not what I was aiming for.

I double checked the T&Cs to see if there was some small print, but it only mentions the original game. Support is usually helpful but slow, so I’m not sure if I should play them now or wait and risk the spins expiring. Anybody had this happen before? Not sure if it’s just a glitch or maybe they switched things up last minute and didn’t update the promo page.
