weekend cashback not counted

Placed a bunch of spins and even a late-night poker session over the weekend, so I should’ve easily cleared enough to get the regular cashback. Checked the site today and it just didn’t show up in my account like usual. Not even a pending bonus, nothing in rewards. This happened once before but that time support said it was because I didn’t “opt in” but I swear I did the form this time. Was extra careful since I was chasing some losses and needed that boost back.

Wondering if it’s a playstyle thing or if maybe running games at weird hours messes up their tracking? Does anyone else get missed for promo cash sometimes? Kind of feels random and their chat just gives the standard runaround. Did anyone have to document session history to get their cashback, or is there a trick to making sure it actually triggers? Trying not to waste hours going back and forth with screenshots.
