VIP cashback delayed?

Got the weekly VIP cashback thing that’s supposed to hit every Monday and this time it’s straight up ghosting me. Been refreshing more than I’d admit in public. Checked my promo section and zip. Normally it comes through early, so now I’m wondering if something’s up or if I need to stand on one leg and twirl to get noticed.

Never had an issue before, so not sure if this is just a “wait it out” moment or if the casino’s playing roulette with my nerves. Curious if anyone else’s cashback is MIA or if it’s just my luck pulling another prank on me.
