vip cashback vanished

So my VIP cashback was sitting there nice and visible all week, then poof - gone today with no warning or message. Not showing up under rewards, not in the pending section, nothing in transaction history. I checked if it hit some hidden minimum but I was way above the usual threshold. I haven't changed tiers or anything, just my usual mix of blackjack and some late-night multis on football. Nothing weird in my account activity either.

Anyone else run into this? I’m used to the odd delay or bonus glitch but it's never just flat-out disappeared before. I'm guessing there's some update or system bug, but I've sent in a ticket and, well, we all know how quick support can be. At this point, just trying to figure out if I should expect it back or lower my expectations. Would be nice to hear how others handled it, if it bounced back eventually or if it’s time to chalk it up as another casino quirk.
