VIP offer cut?

So I'm hitting a weird snag - my VIP cashback offer just vanished without any warning after being around for months. It’s been a regular thing for me, using that little boost to stretch my blackjack sessions. Didn’t change my play style or start withdrawing more or anything, just business as usual. I sent a message to support and got a canned reply about “periodic reviews” and “activity-based eligibility,” which basically says nothing.

Anyone else run into this where a solid VIP perk just disappears out of nowhere? I always figured as long as I was active and not abusing stuff they’d at least give a heads up before changing perks. It’s annoying because I plan my play around these extras and now I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth grinding back up to the next tier or if this is just how they pull the rug out.

Did you ever manage to get your VIP perks reinstated, or is it pretty much game over once they pull something?
