Cashback amount wrong?

So this week I got my usual cashback but it was way less than what I was expecting. I always keep notes of my deposits and losses for stuff like this, so I double-checked everything, and unless I’m missing something big, the numbers don’t add up. There haven’t been any crazy wins or bonus payouts on my end that’d impact the math either. It’s not like I was betting on weird markets or messing around with bonus money - just straight-up roulette and some slots.

Last time something like this happened it turned out there were some excluded games I hadn’t noticed, but as far as I can tell, that’s not the case now. I know things sometimes take a day or two to catch up but this feels off. Has anybody else seen something like this, where your cashback just comes up short without a clear reason? Is there a specific term I might not know about that causes it?
