cashback paid wrong

So I got my so-called cashback for last week and the amount just made no sense at all. It’s like someone spun a roulette and picked a random number to give me. I’ve tracked every spin and slot session, literally even kept notes just to double-check because I don’t trust these numbers most of the time. My loss amount was higher than what they calculated from and the percentage is totally off from what they promise.

This isn’t the first time something like this has happened either. I reached out to support, still waiting to hear back, but I wanna know if anyone else is running into these weird payout errors. Should I just expect them to always “miscalculate” or has anyone had it fixed before?

Nah, i wouldn’t call it a “miscalculation” like it’s some cute little math accident lol. On sportsbook promos a ton of them base cashback on settled loss by their server cutoff, not when you placed it, and cashout/partial cashout usually nukes eligibility. Had this with nfl same-game parlays and one late stat correction pushed stuff into the next week. Support eventually fixed one, but only after i screenshotted the promo terms back at them. Slow progress, still progress lmao

I’d assume “miscalculate” until they prove otherwise. Cashback math is where buggy bonus tracking likes to put on a tie and act respectable. Did your weekly figure exclude bonus funds or voided spins?

Roulette logs get weird the second a disconnect hits, lol. I had 14 dead spins on bet365 style live tables not count toward the weekly loss bucket, and support calls them “unsettled” like that means anything lmao

Disconnects are the easy thing to blame, but on crypto casinos the usual screwup is they recalc cashback off net after bonus conversion and their coin-price snapshot, then act like that’s normal. I’ve seen the wallet ledger match and the promo tab still come in SHORT, which tells you where the rot is.

14 dead spins on Live Dealer is nasty, lmao

Nah, bonus funds are the fig leaf lol. If support has to "fix" cashback more than once, that promo is busted by design.

Yeah, crypto casinos do this and call it “weekly.” support fixed mine once, which i am STILL annoyed about for you

weekly my ass its usually weekly til they feel like doing the coin-price snapshot and suddenly ur cashback is based on some mystery net number not ur actual losses. thats the bit people miss on crypto casinos its not late its a different calc dressed up as support backlog!!!
