rakeback credited wrong

so i noticed my rakeback wasn’t matching what i calculated for this week. usually it’s right on, maybe a little off here and there, but this time it’s just way under what i should’ve gotten. i track every session and double checked my numbers, even scrolled back through my hand histories to be sure. not talking a few cents either, more like 10-15% lower, which definitely adds up over time. i play mostly mid-stakes cash if that matters, and no bonuses were running that would eat into it as far as i can tell.

has anyone else had this kind of thing before, where the rakeback just gets credited wrong out of nowhere? did you have any luck getting it fixed or did they just blow you off? not sure if i should reach out or if i’m missing something obvious in the calculation. thoughts?

yeah had it on a crypto casino once. i was wrong first pass bc they excluded some allin pots from rakeback but support still had to fix part of it

Nah, "nothing running" is the part i'd challenge, bonuses and promos quietly change rakeback math all the time.

Yeah, this happens, and half the time it’s some stupid weekly cutoff/server timezone crap, not your math. I’ve had Sunday hands land in the next rakeback window before, same sloppy back-end stuff you see in casino/sportsbook reviews, lol, support usually acts confused too

nah the live dealer thing gets blamed for everything rn and its not even always that. the boring answer is usually weekly cutoff math or delayed settlement from cross vertical wallets, which is somehow dumber. i had one stretch where they posted a chunk after the week rolled bc their backend stamped it utc and my tracker didnt. looked like they shaved me when really they just cant run a ledger like adults. still worth messaging support tho and asking for the itemized rake source by day not the canned total. if they cant show that, then yeah theyre freelancing with ur money. must be nice for them, wish i could be 12 short at work and call it processing

Live dealer is exactly where i stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. If they can't show an itemized trail for promo and rakeback credits, i assume the count is wrong and support will make you beg for your own money...
