rakeback claim broken

I noticed my rakeback from last week just didn’t show up in my balance, even though it was supposed to hit every Tuesday. Checked transaction history, checked bonus section, nothing. I’m not a whale but my play is steady so the missing amount isn’t small change over a month either. Not sure if this is some site glitch or I did something wrong on my end. Didn’t use any VPNs or weird wallet addresses, just my usual setup.

I’ve been through the generic live chat process already and got nowhere. They just keep telling me to “wait for the team to review.” Kinda frustrating since I keep track of these things precisely for this reason. Anyone else have rakeback claims stuck lately? Would be good to know if this is a bigger problem or just my account getting flagged for some reason. What’s your strategy when your rakeback doesn’t process like it should?

yeah same, when rakeback misses i screenshot everything then bug support daily, sports books do this too!!!

Funny how Slots can count every cent off your balance in real time, real time, but the minute rakeback is owed the system gets all fogged in. I’d screenshot it once, send one clean demand, then stop giving them spins until it lands. I’m a little jealous you even had enough due back to miss.

Nah, I wouldn’t jump straight to “my account got flagged,” people always do that lol. More often it’s the weekly batch just not posting, same lazy back-end nonsense you see in Sports Betting promos when a boost “settles later” and somehow later means whenever they feel like it. From my own logs, if it’s missing from both transactions and bonus tab, that’s not you doing something wrong, that’s them. I’d stop playing til they credit it, chat reps are just wallpaper lmao

nah, i wouldn’t jump to “flagged” lol. poker rooms love acting like steady play = clean rakeback, but contributed rake gets shaved by voided hands and some fees. i learned that the dumb way, still salty lmao
