rakeback claim broken

I noticed my rakeback from last week just didn’t show up in my balance, even though it was supposed to hit every Tuesday. Checked transaction history, checked bonus section, nothing. I’m not a whale but my play is steady so the missing amount isn’t small change over a month either. Not sure if this is some site glitch or I did something wrong on my end. Didn’t use any VPNs or weird wallet addresses, just my usual setup.

I’ve been through the generic live chat process already and got nowhere. They just keep telling me to “wait for the team to review.” Kinda frustrating since I keep track of these things precisely for this reason. Anyone else have rakeback claims stuck lately? Would be good to know if this is a bigger problem or just my account getting flagged for some reason. What’s your strategy when your rakeback doesn’t process like it should?
