Stake rakeback page broken

I’ve been trying to keep track of my rakeback so I can time out when to cash it, but the page hasn’t loaded since this morning. Just gives me a spinning circle. Tried swapping browsers and cleared cache, still no dice. I’m a bit strategic about when I redeem these because I like stacking it up for a loss streak buffer. This totally throws off the planning. Anyone else seeing the same, or am I just unlucky?

On top of that, I’m halfway through a blackjack session and can’t check how close I am to my next tier. I rely on that info for pacing my wagers and it feels like flying blind now. Usually I’d just leave it, but timing the bonus claim after a rough spell makes a difference in recovery. Curious if this is site-wide or just a temporary blip. If anybody has workarounds or knows what support’s saying, would be good to hear before I tweak my betting schedule too much.
