rake points frozen

yeah, i get that sites have anti-abuse checks and want to verify everything before handing out bonuses or rakeback, but when the rake points freeze for days it feels sketchy. i've hit this a few times, usually right after some streaky luck on the tables. always makes me wonder if they're flagging certain win/loss patterns and holding back points just to check if anything looks off.

statistically, i get that unusual spikes can set off their systems, and maybe it’s for everyone’s security, but then why is support always so vague when i ask about it? in roulette you kinda expect the house edge, but with poker rake it should be transparent. if they're gonna stall payouts or points, shouldn't they have to show some proof or at least give a decent reason?

has anyone here ever gotten a clear answer or seen their points unfrozen faster by pushing support?

I’d stop romanticizing the “streaky luck” part. Online casinos freeze points around ledger cutoffs all the time because their back end is held together with damp string. I’ve had points sit dead, then magically reappear after the weekly reset. Does yours always happen right before rakeback calc day or after you switch deposit method?
