grosvenor poker bonus progress stuck even tho i paid rake all night

Was grinding micro stakes cash games last night and the bonus tracker is just frozen at the same percent since the session started. I know for a fact I cleared enough hands to at least see some movement, racked up more than enough rake to hit another milestone based on how it's tracked in the promo details.

Double checked if I was opted in - yep. Used regular tables, not anonymous or anything weird. Support just sent me a generic reply about processing time but it's been like 10 hours. Anyone else run into bonus progress not updating even after a bunch of rake paid? I’m not sweating the money but it's just annoying not seeing the numbers move after a solid grind. Not sure if this is a known issue or what.

nah, that’s giving blackjack too much credit lolll. slots promos update fast because it’s one spin, one event, dead simple. poker trackers get hung up the second hand histories lag or some fraud filter starts chewing on a session. i’ve had a bonus sit flat till noon then jump all at once. still rubbish, just not magic missing rake.

Yeah i’ve seen this on poker promos when they use weighted contributed rake, micros make it look like you paid plenty and the bonus meter still barely twitches because half the pot fees don’t really count the way people think they do. Stupid setup, not your imagination!!!

Micros are where these trackers go to die, same with Live Dealer promos weirdly enough. If it hasn't moved by tomorrow, their backend dropped a stitch!!!

Paid rake and promo-eligible rake are not always the same bucket, that's the part they never say plain. I've had this crap where pots got raked but promo credit only posted after whatever internal settlement sweep, and if you touched any weird table format for even a bit it just vanishes from the bonus side. Same garbage vibe as live dealer offers, money counts fast, rewards count when they feel like it. Support acts dumb because they know exactly where it got shaved off

Maybe it is just a batch update, sure, but 10 hours for a bonus tracker after you paid rake all night is taking the piss a bit. I had Grosvenor leave mine flat till the next afternoon on micro cash, and tbh that “processing time” line always reads like ignored complaints with better spelling, which annoys me more than it should.

Seen it, and the part that bugs me isn’t the frozen meter, it’s the same canned support every time like you’re the problem. That’s why I’ve gotten sour on these promos, same energy as crypto casinos when a payment rail is suddenly “unavailable” right when it matters. Reliable my ASS.
