Rollbit rakeback frozen?

so i’m spinning roulette late last night, hit a small bonus on slots, then i notice my rakeback meter just sits there. it’s not moving at all, but my wagers definitely went through. i cleared cache, logged out and back in, still stuck. weird thing is, my notification popped up for a new bonus but nothing changed with the rakeback numbers. feels like a glitch or maybe they paused it for maintenance? i don’t want to miss out on any value, especially since i use rakeback to fund more low stake spins.

has anyone else had their rakeback freeze up lately or is it just my luck?

Could just be a delayed rewards update, especially if the bets are showing correctly in your history. Rollbit says rakeback is calculated from the house edge and can be claimed through the rewards system, so I’d check the rewards page rather than just the meter.

Had that in Blackjack after a bonus hit. I kept playing anyway, dumb move, and the rakeback updated later. Probably just stuck.

i've had poker rewards hang after a bonus hit too, kept playing once and that was my mistake. usually just clunky tracking, boring stuff really
