Rollbit rakeback frozen?

so i’m spinning roulette late last night, hit a small bonus on slots, then i notice my rakeback meter just sits there. it’s not moving at all, but my wagers definitely went through. i cleared cache, logged out and back in, still stuck. weird thing is, my notification popped up for a new bonus but nothing changed with the rakeback numbers. feels like a glitch or maybe they paused it for maintenance? i don’t want to miss out on any value, especially since i use rakeback to fund more low stake spins.

has anyone else had their rakeback freeze up lately or is it just my luck?
