rakeback vault empty

Just noticed my rakeback vault is sitting at zero even though I’ve been hammering the slots all week. I’m not talking tiny bets either. The weird thing is, last week it was updating normally and now it’s just stuck. Tried reloading and logging out, but nothing changed.

I’m thinking maybe there’s a payout delay or some weird rule I missed? Or maybe it’s tied to the loyalty level, but I haven’t dropped a tier or anything. If anyone else ran into the same problem, drop some advice or what worked for you. Feels like chasing my tail with support tickets lately.
