Rollbit vault bonus stuck?

Logged into the vault today and my bonus balance hasn’t moved after three bets, which isn’t normal for me. Usually, a few spins of roulette or a couple small wagers on random live games at least nudge the bar, even if it’s just a pixel. Got the receipts, can see clear as day every bet is tracked, but still nothing shifts.
