Rakeback paid late?

noticed my rakeback hasn't dropped on the usual day this week. been playing pretty steady volume, nothing crazy different from last month. i always track these numbers on a spreadsheet because i'm wired that way - old habits from analyzing sports bets. last time something like this happened, there was a short delay and it sorted itself, but this is starting to happen more often. feels like it used to be on the dot, now it's creeping later and later.
