VIP cashback short?

so i got my vip cashback for the week and it’s definitely less than what it should be if you actually do the math on turnover and rate. i track every session down to the cent so there’s no way i missed something. not even close to what they promised, and i always meet every condition, even check for hidden rules in the terms. i’ve seen them try to claw back on bonuses, but never noticed it happen on cashback until now.

has anyone else double checked their vip cashback numbers lately and found them coming up short? or am i missing some random clause they snuck in again?
