888 cashback delayed?

I’ve been grinding live blackjack pretty heavy this week, mostly chasing that cashback promo they’re running. Usually I see the cashback hit my balance right on schedule - like clockwork, not a huge wait. This time though, nothing showed up, not even a pending message. Figured I’d give it another hour but it’s past the usual drop time now and still zilch.

Kind of annoying since I plan out my next plays based on whatever comes back from the last session. I double-checked terms and didn’t see any changes about payout timing, at least nothing obvious. Anyone else notice this delay lately? Or is it just my account having issues this round?
