live dealer bonus says dragon tiger counts but tracker stayed frozen after 40 hands.
so i saw the new bonus promo and it clearly says dragon tiger qualifies, right? i jump in, throw down a few units, thinking i can just autopilot dragon tiger for the rollover. here’s the weird part though, i track the hands and after about 40 or so, the promo tracker just freezes up. the live chat says “keep playing” but wouldn’t explain why the count stuck.
i double checked the terms and can’t find any carve-out for dragon tiger or why hands wouldn’t count. feels like i’m spinning my wheels for nothing. i’ve had issues before where certain blackjack side bets didn’t count for promos even though they didn’t say it anywhere, but this seems even more random. anyone else had the tracker just get stuck like this mid-session? any tricks to kick it back in, or is it a lost cause?
