live dealer bonus says baccarat speed tables count but tracker stayed at zero.

Sat down for a session on the speed baccarat tables since the bonus promo listed them clear as day under eligible games. Played a chunk of hands, then checked my progress meter. Zero. Just a big fat nothing on the tracker. Refreshed a few times, switched tables, still nothing. Double-checked the terms and even did the usual log-out log-in move that somehow fixes half my problems elsewhere. Nada.

Is there some obscure rule I missed here, or do these trackers sometimes lag so bad it looks like they’re stuck? Anybody else have this issue with bonus progress?

Zero on a live bonus tracker usually ain't some secret rule, it's the promo tagging being half-assed. Roulette's worse for this, especially the live wheel stuff with the ball launcher, one table counts, the next magically doesn't and support acts confused. Yeah delays happen, sure, but a flat zero after a session is usually busted, not you

Six hours is clown shoes. On crypto casinos I’ve had the promo count on the USDT baccarat room, then the BTC one with the same squeeze layout counted exactly 0 of 42 hands because the back end was stitched together by idiots, apparently.
