blackjack promo said all live tables count but speed blackjack gave zero progress

So I was running this blackjack promo that specifically says all live tables count toward the wager requirement. Decided to grind some speed blackjack since it's way faster and lets me get through hands like crazy. After about an hour, I realized my progress meter hadn't moved at all. Checked the promo details again, no fine print about excluding certain tables or variants, just a blanket "all live blackjack."

Now I'm confused whether speed blackjack is supposed to be excluded, or if maybe it's just a glitch with the tracking. Has anyone else had this happen? Would you bother trying support, or do they usually just stick to the terms even when they're unclear?
