live blackjack promo tracker stopped counting after i used bet behind once

I was trying out that live blackjack promo where you need to place a certain number of bets to qualify. Worked fine for my first few main seat bets, but then I tried a single bet behind when my seat was taken. After that, the promo tracker just stopped updating completely. I still played a few more hands at the main seat and nothing got added.

Anyone else run into this? I know sometimes promos are picky about what counts, but it seems weird for the whole tracker to freeze after one bet behind. Wondering if it's a bug or if using bet behind somehow locks you out. Is there any trick to get the tracker going again or is it just support time?

What I’d do is stop staring at the promo meter and start pulling receipts, because those trackers are basically decorative. On live tables I trust the round IDs, timestamp, and the history board a lot more than the shiny little progress bar. I had one case where the meter sat there dead while the settled hands were still in my account log, and that was the only thing support couldn’t wriggle out of. Slight pushback on the roulette comparison though: roulette is its own mess anyway, especially with those zero-rule gimmicks. Live casino promos are built cheap. That’s the real pattern.

Maybe it’s not some secret lockout, but i still wouldn’t sit there hoping it wakes up. Live promos get built like an afterthought next to slots, and i’ve had counters die just from switching how i joined a game once. Support time.

The tracker completely freezing after that is the part I'd question. Even if the bet behind didn't qualify, your subsequent main-seat bets should normally have their own tracking rules.

maybe not a lockout, but i still wouldn’t trust that tracker for a second. i’ve had the same dumb freeze on slots promos after one weird side action, then support acts like the after bets never existed, bet behind probably flipped you into some non qualifying bucket and left you there
