draftkings review after sportsbook withdrawals cleared but casino bonus stayed locked.

i made a couple decent withdrawals last week after hitting some nba props, took about 24 hours to clear which i guess is normal. weird thing is, i had a small casino bonus running at the same time and now it’s locked with a “pending” tag, even though my sportsbook balance went through fine. support keeps telling me it’s under review because i “moved funds between verticals” which apparently can trigger some internal check.

i usually stick to sports but will mess with slots if i have a bonus, so this is the first time i’m noticing this. anyone else have their casino bonus go into limbo after a sportsbook cashout? i’m seeing different answers about whether the playthrough gets voided or just frozen for a while. i don’t think i broke any t&cs but it’s definitely made me hesitant to go after these promos again.
