rollbit sports win got paid fine but casino withdraw suddenly needs “enhanced review”

had a pretty decent win on sports and the withdrawal came through quick, no questions asked. switched over to the casino and got lucky there too, figured i’d cash out while i was ahead. now all of a sudden they’re holding my casino win for an “enhanced review” and want more info before processing. same account, same everything, just a different part of the site. got all my kyc in already, nothing weird on my end. i’m guessing it’s cause the amount was higher but still, why is sports fine and casino not?

i know sometimes these places treat casino action differently but the logic is escaping me. like, is this normal or did i just trip some new internal rule? anyone else have withdrawals split up like this depending where the win came from? thinking about adding this to my “skip” list if it keeps up. logic says if they paid sports instantly they should pay the rest the same way.
