Most of these casino bonus trackers are held together with tape and bad bookkeeping, and if the hand gets voided/refunded they roll back the wagering contribution too, sometimes hours later, sometimes in a dumb lump so it looks like they stole something. Support pinging is fine, but I'd look at the cashier page and the terms before I look at the provider story again. Half these places hide a LOW daily withdrawal cap or some muddy bonus wording, then everybody acts shocked when a win gets chopped into calendar chunks, I've had that exact mess before
