It's not a lucky fluke, it's what happens when they run withdrawals by hand and leave chat saying "agents available" like that means anything. I sat at position 4 for 73 minutes last month, SAME thing.

I wouldn't give the timer that much credit, half the time it's not the reset moving, it's the bonus page being stale and the little calendar tile not refreshing until you back all the way out or force-close. Seen it on sportsbook promos too, the offer was already claimable in the promo page but the homepage still showed yesterday like a dead bulb, and if you're keeping a streak that is enough to make you think the whole thing shifted. Steve's probably right some places do that, sure, but the actual glitchy part is the display, not the bonus logic, and that part is CONSTANT with these casinos, same as delayed payout screens that say pending forever until suddenly not

Yeah, this part where people act like a refunded hand should still count for promo progress, I don't buy that. Annoying, yes. Weird, not really. Most of these casino bonus trackers are held together with tape and bad bookkeeping, and if the hand gets voided/refunded they roll back the wagering contribution too, sometimes hours later, sometimes in a dumb lump so it looks like they stole something. I messed this up myself once, thought I was close to clearing and then one disconnect wiped a chunk off the tracker. The real issue isn't that it reversed, it's that they never explain it cleanly in the promo terms or the game log and then support talks in circles. Standard enough, just sloppy as hell.
