anyone ever had a bonus disappear for completely unknown reasons?

so this is odd and maybe someone’s run into it - logged in yesterday, bonus was there, checked back a few hours later, totally gone, not even in history. hadn’t broken any terms, was still eligible, zero warnings. not talking about wagering requirements expiring or using it up, literally just vanished like it never existed. contacted support, all they did was say it “wasn’t available” but no details or timing. tried to run the numbers and can’t see any logical reason for this, unless there’s some back-end trigger that cancels bonuses based on stuff we can’t see. curious what others have seen, since i’m not imagining this.
