slot win posted in game history but casino balance stayed the same

Hit a slot bonus last night and the win showed up clear as day in my in-game history, but my casino balance never moved. Waited for a while thinking it might be a lag thing, but still nothing. I’ve seen wins sometimes get delayed, but this feels off. The game itself didn’t freeze and everything else was tracking normally except for the credit.
