jackpot popup vanished

hit a bonus on a progressive slot and got the jackpot popup, but before i could even react the screen glitched and it disappeared. checked my balance and nothing changed, so now i’m not sure if the win got logged or just vaporized. support is taking forever, just told me to wait for a follow up “soon”. i usually have screenshots for weird stuff like this but didn’t even have time.

anyone else ever seen something like this? i feel like these games are full of little “coincidences” whenever anything big happens. i trust math, but not when the casino’s software is a black box. maybe i’m being paranoid but you’d think they’d at least have a record of major events popping up. can’t tell if i should keep spinning or just walk away for a while.

If the bonus meter reset, it probably logged. "Soon" from support means nothing. That part makes me salty.

Meter reset with no balance bump is the bad part, not the popup lolll. Had it once on Hold & Spin at 1.20.

nah the part that screams bs to me is the glitch itself lol online casinos love acting normal til a big win screen shows up then suddenly its slideshow mode. had a wheel-ish progressive freeze 3 times in one night on 4g, same game ran fine for 200 dead spins before that lmao

Support going ghost is the tell for me. I had a 3d slot freeze right as the expanding wilds landed, and the “investigation” took 11 days for a $186 hit. In blackjack a side-bet mispay gets fixed on the spot, real real fast, but slots suddenly need a committee.

Slots hide behind “reconciliation”. Roulette doesn’t get that luxury. Flat balance means the meter moved, not you.

Honestly the dull part is a “major event” popup with no instant event log in 2026. Even old video poker usually coughs up a hand history, but these slots play cute with the paytable and memory. I had one eat a 240x bonus once and support went quiet for 9 days!!!

nah this is slots not live dealer lol 0.20 stake doesnt mean much on a progressive anyway ive hit weird side features on min bet before, thats not the part id even care about. id be digging for the round id in game history or the provider session log. had a shabby android freeze right when a hold n spin screen popped, looked dead as hell, but the entry was still sitting there 5 mins later. popup means nothing, backend does or doesnt pay and thats it

Yes, i’ve seen enough flaky progressive stuff to stop caring about the meter entirely. That whole setup is just volatility dressed up as an event. If a game can throw a jackpot graphic but not leave a clean trail in the game history, that tells me all i need. I’ll play blackjack before i babysit a slot ui that acts like a bad kiosk screen. Symbols, paylines, popup confetti, none of it means much if the record keeping is that sloppy.
