jackpot ticket missing

Logged in today to check on my recent spins and one ticket I swear I hit just isn’t in my account history. Was one of those jackpot side things, nothing massive but enough to notice. Kinda losing my cool, since I know I saw the confirmation before logging off last night. Double checked all my old tickets and it’s not hiding in there either.

I’m not sure if support is going to take this seriously or just say it’s a lag issue again. Anybody else have tickets vanish or show up late? How did you handle it, or is this just the usual bugs with online casinos lately?

Maybe it shows up late, sure, but this is exactly why most Casino & Sportsbook Reviews bore me now!!! Same thin backend, same missing-history nonsense, just dressed up different 😑

Yeah, “lag” lol. Whenever a jackpot side thing disappears but the losing spins post instantly, that’s not a mystery, that’s the whole trick. I’ve had this happen on blackjack side promos specifically, hand shows, balance updates weird, ticket never makes history. Support does the same copy paste fog machine every time. If you saw a confirmation, grab the timestamp and game round ID and make them answer that exact gap. Don’t ask “did it vanish,” ask “why is round X in blackjack logs but no linked ticket?” markets punish impatience, casinos punish vagueness lmao
