daily prize draw ticket missing

Got a weird situation here that’s bugging me. I log in for the daily draw almost every day, always double-check the promo page and look for the confirmation pop-up before I start up blackjack or the slots. Today my ticket just didn’t show up in the draw section even though I know I clicked the thing like usual. Didn’t change anything on my end and my play pattern is practically a ritual at this point.

Support chat just bounced me between “wait 24 hours” and “clear cookies.” Tried that, didn’t work, and now it feels like it’s just gone. I want to track stuff methodically so I usually keep notes in a spreadsheet - I know for a fact I qualified today. Anyone else run into this? Is this more of a timing issue on when you claim, or could this be some kind of backend lag where tickets take a bit to show up?

Yeah, I’m with you, and my dumb first reaction is: if support says “clear cookies” on an online casino promo issue, they have no clue lol. That’s the tell. Not some mystical timing window, just the usual promo tracking spaghetti on the back end. I’ve had this crap where the account log knew I’d been active but the promo page acted like I was a ghost for half a day... Then suddenly it appeared after shift change or whatever goblin they use touched it. I’d stop caring about the pop-up and start caring about timestamps. Screenshot claim time, game time, support chat time. Online casinos love “backend lag” right up until you show receipts, lmao.

Yeah, and the slots tie-in is the laziest part lol. They want the spin volume for the promo optics, then the ticket side goes mushy and everyone acts like you imagined it. Same cheap little carnival every time lmao

What gets me is how these daily draw promos act allergic to consistency. I’ve had poker reload junk do the same thing: click, play, nothing, then they pretend the ticket is vapor. “wait 24 hours” is just stall language with a clean shirt on, man.

Nah, that sounds less like “backend lag” and more like promo tracking just not firing, which is a different headache entirely. Your blackjack or slots play after the click doesn’t prove the draw tagged right. Poker promos do this split-tracking crap too, and support always acts shocked.

Quick thing, i made that mistake once and kept playing blackjack like the ticket would sort itself out. It didn’t. Now if the draw page is blank after the claim, i just stop dead. Boring, YES, but cheaper 😑
