daily prize draw ticket missing

Got a weird situation here that’s bugging me. I log in for the daily draw almost every day, always double-check the promo page and look for the confirmation pop-up before I start up blackjack or the slots. Today my ticket just didn’t show up in the draw section even though I know I clicked the thing like usual. Didn’t change anything on my end and my play pattern is practically a ritual at this point.

Support chat just bounced me between “wait 24 hours” and “clear cookies.” Tried that, didn’t work, and now it feels like it’s just gone. I want to track stuff methodically so I usually keep notes in a spreadsheet - I know for a fact I qualified today. Anyone else run into this?
