Daily spin prize missing?

Anyone else not get their daily spin prize show up after spinning? I always log my spins and today it landed on free spins but nothing got credited to my account. I double-checked my promos and bonus wallets, nothing pending. Usually it goes through instantly or within a couple minutes at worst. Not sure if it’s a site glitch or if I missed some new rule about eligibility. Curious to hear if anyone else tracks their spins and noticed issues like this lately.

Nah, the bigger issue is they make slot promos look “credited” when they’re really just parked behind three dumb clicks and one specific game/provider filter, lmao. I’ve eaten that mistake before, thought my daily wheel spins got ghosted, and they were buried in the slots page under some copied provider skin with a stupid short expiry. Couldn’t even tell if it was a glitch or just muddy design. That’s not a community-diversity thing, that’s promo UI being deliberately slippery lol

yeah happens. spin wheel prizes and live dealer promos are separate buckets, support acts confused every time

Yeah, had that happen on one of those wheel clone promos, same site had laggy 3d slots and the poker lobby was half busted too, tells you what kind of backend they’re running. When the spin thing is fake-polished and the rest feels cheap, I assume the prize table is held together with tape, lol

Yeah, "within a couple minutes" is doing a lot there. Mine vanished for 47 minutes once, then support acted like that was normal promos lag

“Free spins” with no slot name is already bush league, and I’m salty because the one time mine finally showed on Gates of Olympus it arrived 19 minutes later with 10 spins at 20 lines, like they found it under a seat cushion.

Honestly yeah, I’ve had that happen, and my blunt take is those daily wheels are basically Roulette with worse odds and more fine print. If “free spins” vanishes, half the time it’s some silent eligibility/KYC crap tripping in the background, not your log being wrong. I screenshot every spin because these promos get real slippery the second it costs them anything.

If you’re logging every spin, it should be pretty easy to show support that the free spins never got credited.

yeah, crypto casinos do this dumb little limbo all the time. i had a daily wheel land on free spins, took a screenshot, and support acted like the spin existed but the prize didn’t, which is about as honest as a hotel keycard reader blinking green and not opening the door.
